EXCHANGES

You can exchange products from your home. To do this, send us an email at service@fuckyeahunderwear.com or write to us on our Online store chat and we will give you the instructions for the shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.

Exchanges will be accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery of the product, given they are in the same condition as they were received, unused and with its corresponding packaging.

Once the exchange is accepted, the product can be exchanged for another of the same value.

In the case that you have paid for shipping, its cost will not be reimbursed.

Exchanges from a country aside from the United States might be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

You can return products. To do this, send us an email at service@fuckyeahunderwear.com or write to us on our Online store chat and we will give you the instructions for the shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.

Returns will be accepted within 10 calendar days of the delivery of the product, given they are in the same condition as they were received, unused and with its corresponding packaging.

Once the return is accepted, a voucher will be generated for the same value so that it can be used for new purchases, or a refund will be processed.

In the case that you have paid for shipping, its cost will not be reimbursed.
