RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return products by contacting us at service@fuckyeahunderwear.com or through our online store chat. We’ll provide you with the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Once your return is approved, you can choose between:

• a store credit for the full value of the item, or
• a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns from outside the United States, import taxes and/or customs duties may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You can request an exchange from the comfort of your home. Simply email us at service@fuckyeahunderwear.com or contact us via our online store chat, and we’ll guide you through the process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, as long as the items are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Once approved, items can be exchanged for another product of equal value.
